The Hilton Universal City addition will include 395 rooms in a $150 million, 20-story building at the southwest edge of the property adjacent to the current 24-story building. The addition will include amenities such as a guest fitness center, wellness spa, a penthouse restaurant, and additional meeting and conference spaces. When completed in 2023, the 890-room Hilton Universal City will be the largest hotel serving the San Fernando Valley.
